All payments made to PROGUS are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. This applies to all purchases, including subscriptions and any charges made after a free trial period ends. No exceptions or conditions apply - if you request a refund within 14 days of payment, we will process it in full.

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund window has passed, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will still review requests in good faith if there was:

  • a duplicate charge,
  • a clear billing mistake,
  • or a technical issue on our side that prevented the service from working as intended.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@progus.com and include as much relevant information as possible, especially:

  • your account name or website URL,
  • the product name,
  • the date of the charge,
  • the amount charged,
  • a short explanation of the issue.

5. Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment and investigate the issue properly.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be:

  • processed using the original payment method,
  • handled within a reasonable time,
  • subject to any rules or processing times of the payment provider.

6. Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased a PROGUS product through a third-party platform or marketplace, the billing and refund process may also be subject to that platform's own rules and policies. In such cases, those rules may apply in addition to this Refund Policy.
